The foundation for Oceanfront Realty International, Inc. was laid long before the company was formed by Donna Apisa in 1985.
Donna grew up on a small farm in Michigan with strong Midwestern values. Work was hard and everyone helped each other when the need arose. Integrity and trust were prevalent. A handshake was a contract. A person’s word and reputation were most treasured assets. These quality traits have remained with Donna in her professional life and are the cornerstone for Oceanfront Rentals on Kauai.
The client’s best interest is always at heart and comes first and foremost. After more than 30 years of serving clients, today the Oceanfront Team headed by Donna consists of 12 staff members and 54 Realtor sales agents. Donna’s daughter, Robyn, who holds a law degree from Michigan State School of Law, serves as Vice President in Charge of Rentals.
